GeoWallers: Here are zip files of some cool VRML files you are free to use. Some of these come up looking south, probably because my Bryce files were looking this way.
geowall/azgeomap.zip -- geologic maps of Arizona for 1x1 degree quadrangles
geowall/etopo5.zip -- World topography shaded by elevation, emphasizing the continental shelves; kind of dorky
geowall/painted_canyon.zip -- Virtual world used in our Intro Geology Class
geowall/reynolds_batch.zip -- batch files to many of the files on this page (place these in the directory directly above the folders that contain the vrml files)
geowall/reynolds_topo.zip -- contours draped on topo
geowall/swtm.zip -- fantastic thematic mapper images of the southwest (SWTM); try the ones for Dinosaur National Park, Valles caldera, and grand staircase

geowall/mingus.zip -- geologic map of the Mingus 15-minute quad, which includes the original Hickey Map
These next four are from the LA basin and mountains. with somewhat simpler geology, with great rule of V's and the like. All have 2000x2000 textures.
